Faith joined WFA as the Administrative Assistant for our Pennsylvania office. Her previous experience in Human Resources with the Army National Guard has played an instrumental part in advancing the company’s organizational strategies and production management. She quickly advanced to the position of PA Office Manager, where she further assists the Northeast Region as a whole. Her responsibilities include updating policies and procedures, procuring project materials, invoicing, maintaining vendor relations, and assisting with logistics and crew schedules. Faith has played a critical role in improving workflow organization and record-keeping efficiency throughout the company.
