Andy graduated from WVU with a bachelor’s degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Resources in 2011 and has over 13 years’ experience in environmental consulting and ecological restoration. He has extensive experience with stream and wetland restoration and has completed Rosgen 3 training. He is familiar with all aspects of mitigation projects from preliminary site assessments to construction and post project monitoring phases. He has a deep understanding of the importance of vegetative success on these sites and uses his knowledge to ensure the best possible survivability for our client’s projects. His main focus at WFA is managing stream and wetland restoration plantings throughout the Appalachian region while also assisting with solar and agroforestry projects.
When Andy is not getting stuck knee deep in your wetlands, he can be found kayaking one of the many whitewater rivers in Appalachia or hunting and fishing in the Monongahela National Forest.
